Welcome, dear friends, to my web site.  Well, summer is here!  So many exciting things are happening for those in my family, within my circle of friends, and people I meet.  Lots of change going on... and that's a good thing!  I'm optimistic as I witness these positive changes that we're moving toward something more inclusive and inspired.  The great shift is a reconnection of the heart.  Truly, this is a very special time to be on the planet.  

   I am currently living in a house in Mission Viejo sharing my life with some great people.  There is a wonderful  energy here filled with music, dance and lots of laughter.  It's been a goal of mine to have an edible garden.  There are fruit trees here at the house... and I just acquired a plot of land in South Laguna's community garden so I can grow my own vegetables.  I'm happy to see that people are joining together and creating community for the purpose of growing food. 

   By the way, I am playing music on occasion at Good To Go, a vegetarian/raw foods cafe in Huntington Beach.  The food is amazing and the desserts, like the chocolate peanut butter pie, are truly incredible! 

   If you're interested in learning about living/raw foods, I have started up my workshops again.  I will be holding my first event on Saturday, August 7th from 9 am to 1 pm at the Anneliese School in Laguna Canyon.  This location is truly magical and I feel blessed to have their permission to hold it there... in a charming little building near the garden.  (See the Lotus Flower Cafe page.)  This will be a small class so if you would like to attend, please send me an email.
