Greetings, dear friends. Welcome to Lotus Flower Cafe! I will be holding my living foods workshops again here in Orange County. My food demonstrations are always fun and informative. If you are interested in improving your health and having more energy to enjoy your life, contact me and I will add you to the list. At the workshops, you will learn how to make a variety of simple yet flavorful dishes including salads, appetizers, juices, snacks, spring rolls, pates, crackers and desserts. Participants will get to sample everything and take home the recipes.
